TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once their order has shipped.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Just For Fun Threads and Co is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage to be reshipped.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery and include photographs of the damaged package and contents.
